Terms and conditions for art work sold through third party online businesses
The directors of Sciarts sometimes use online third parties for the sale of goods (Art Work and Merchandise) and additional terms in association with those online websites may apply for those sales, otherwise these terms apply. Sciarts (and our officers, directors, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) are not liable for claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature including but not exclusively from quality, workmanship, defects, error or lateness of delivery, ensuing from the art work or merchandise ordered by you, the Purchaser and sold through such third party online businesses. All issues must be taken up by with those third party online businesses.

A Client may require to use the Services of Sciarts. “Services” means the photographic, video, art, graphic, animation, presentation, creative and design services supplied by Sciarts to the Client under an Engagement, details of which are set out in a Statement of Work

The entire copyright in the Pictures and Video and Services is retained by Sciarts at all times throughout the world as stated by the 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act UK.
“Licence to Use” is a document issued by Sciarts and defines the terms and use of the Pictures, Video and Services beyond the terms of the Statement of Work.
The Licence to Use comes into effect from the date of payment of the relevant invoice(s).
Where the Statement of Work and the Licence to Use indicates a "Right to a Credit", then the name “Scientific Arts Limited” will be printed on or in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions of the Pictures or Video or Services. Sciarts also asserts its statutory right to be identified in the circumstances set out in Sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof.
